The walk journal for you and your dog
Log every walk, poop, pee, and dog encounter in seconds. Your whole family stays in sync automatically.
What Pooki does
One tap logging
Start a walk, then tap once for each poop, pee, or dog you meet along the way. You never have to fill in a form.
Route on the map
See exactly where you walked and where each poop, pee, or encounter happened, pinned on a real map.
Trends over time
Streaks, patterns by time of day, and week-over-week charts, so you actually notice when something changes.
Built for the family
Everyone in the family logs to the same journal, synced automatically. One shared key replaces accounts and passwords.

Questions
If something's not covered here, the app itself is a good place to just try it.
Is Pooki free?
Yes. There's no paid tier, no trial period, and no ads. It's free to use on the web and as an iOS app.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Open the app, name your dog, and start logging. Your data lives on your device from the first tap. Family sync uses a shared key instead of a login, so there's nothing to sign up for.
Does Pooki work without an internet connection?
Yes, logging a walk doesn't need a connection. Pooki saves everything locally and syncs with your family the next time you're online.
How does syncing with my family work?
One household shares one key. Enter it on each person's phone and every walk, poop, and pee logged by anyone shows up for everyone, so you always know who last took the dog out.
Where is my dog's data stored?
On your device, and on Pooki's server only if you turn on family sync. There's no ad tracking and no account database tying your data to your identity.
Is there an iOS app, or is it just a website?
Both. The web version works in any browser and can be added to your home screen like an app. There's also a native iOS app with the same features, plus background location for mapping your route.
What happens to my walk history if I get a new phone?
If you use family sync, your history is already backed up to the server and pulls onto the new phone as soon as you enter your key. Without sync, the data is only on that one device, so turn on sync before you switch.
Ready to log your next walk?
Pooki is free and runs in any browser, so there's nothing to install first.
